By accessing or using Kling.art, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Kling.art provides browser-based access to AI video and image generation models (Kling 3.0) via third-party APIs. Kling.art is an independent service and is not affiliated with Kuaishou Technology, the developer of the Kling AI models.
3. Free Tier Limits
The free tier permits up to 3 AI video generations and 5 AI image generations per day, per IP address. Limits reset at midnight UTC. Circumventing these limits (e.g., via VPN rotation, scraping) is prohibited and may result in access being blocked.
4. Content Policy
You agree not to use Kling.art to generate content that:
- Is illegal in your jurisdiction or violates applicable law
- Depicts or sexualizes minors in any way
- Constitutes harassment, defamation, or threats against real individuals
- Infringes third-party intellectual property rights
- Is designed to deceive (deepfakes of real public figures without disclosure)
- Violates Kuaishou's Kling API content policies
We reserve the right to suspend access for violations without notice.
5. Ownership of Outputs
We claim no ownership over AI-generated outputs created through Kling.art. You are responsible for ensuring your use of outputs complies with applicable laws and the Kling API terms of service. Outputs are generated by Kuaishou's Kling models — consult their terms for any restrictions imposed by the underlying model.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
Kling.art is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability or uptime
- Accuracy or quality of AI-generated content
- That outputs will be free from errors, artifacts, or inappropriate content
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kling.art and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
8. Changes to Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Kling.art at any time without notice.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
